Steve Webber

Steve is a talented furniture maker who works from his studio in Robert's Creek B.C. Steve chooses natural woods and traditional joinery to create uncompromising designs.

I have been in business making furniture since 1989 and have been producing speculative work and custom projects since then. Most of my design interests are practical and conservative but I also like to explore new challenging ideas. I love both colouring wood and preserving its natural qualities with clear finishes. My work has been on display at numerous galleries in Vancouver, Victoria and the Sunshine coast. Being a custom woodworker and appreciative of numerous design styles, I have had the opportunity to work in many different styles such as arts and crafts, French country, Modern, Biedermeier, Shoji, etc.. I work from my home in Roberts Creek where I live with my wife and two daughters.
